Buyer FAQ
Questions buyers ask before the first order
Short, factual answers about QianMu Doors — what we make, minimum order, lead time, sizes, shipping terms, private label and certification. Each answer starts with the direct answer.
Is QianMu Doors a manufacturer or a trading company?
Both, under one owner: QianMu Doors makes interior doors in its own factory and exports them through its own trading company.
The factory is Lankao Zoufangsi Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. in Lankao County, Kaifeng, Henan, China, with a 6,000 m² production floor; the line has run since 2014. The export company is Ningbo Shuhuan Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Both names appear on shipping and payment documents.
What interior doors does QianMu Doors make?
300+ interior door models in five collections: Carbon-Fibre (108 models), Golden Era (62), Youth (12, several woodgrain colours each), All-Wood Pre-Finished (56) and Lacquer (65).
There are no product grades or tiers across the collections. Other surface systems — PVC film, melamine and natural wood veneer — are available on request, and aluminium-magnesium alloy glass doors are an expanding category. Every model on the website carries its catalogue model code.
Do you make eco veneer (ekoshpon) interior doors?
Yes. Eco veneer is a factory-pressed surface we specify per order, and it is the volume product we supply to Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The surface is pressed in our own factory and colour matched to your sample. If you are deciding between eco veneer and PVC film, our article on choosing between the two for bulk import covers the trade-offs.

From 50 sets for a first order, with 20 pieces per model.
25 CBM — roughly half a container — is where the freight per door starts working in your favour, but it is not a hard threshold: for a first comparison we can run a smaller trial batch and show honestly what the freight does to the unit cost. A 40HQ container holds approximately 58–65 CBM.
How long does production take?
7–10 days in production, to goods ready at the factory.
Inspection, packing, booking, customs and transit depend on your destination and forwarder, so they are confirmed per shipment rather than promised in advance.
Can you make doors to GOST 6629 or other local sizes?
Yes. Every door is made to your opening: leaf heights 1900–2400 mm, widths 600–1000 mm, leaf thickness 40 mm or 45 mm.
The common standards in our markets all sit inside that range — GOST 6629 (2000 mm high, 600–900 mm wide) for the CIS, and 2100–2400 mm heights for Gulf and Southeast Asian projects. Custom sizing is the norm here, not a surcharge. Frames and architraves are made to your wall thickness.
Which Incoterms do you quote, and how do doors reach Central Asia?
FCA China; FOB or CIF for sea shipments; DAP for Central Asia by rail.
Doors for Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan move overland by rail from the Zhengzhou hub. FOB and CIF are sea-only terms under Incoterms 2020, so they do not apply to rail. Our article on FCA, CPT and DAP explains who pays and where risk passes under each.

Doors are priced by CBM rather than per piece, and a written quotation normally follows within 2–3 working days once the door list and destination are clear.
Door sizes vary too much for a per-piece list to be meaningful. Quotations include freight when you give the destination port or city, and come back per line item with packing volume and container count. We confirm receipt of an enquiry within one business day.
Do you offer private label (OEM) doors?
Yes. We put the buyer's own brand on the doors, packaging and carton print.
Private-label programmes can also cover custom sizes and finishes, frames, architraves, hardware preparation and export packing. Not in our collections? Send a photo or a drawing with your specification — we build to your design.
What certificates do your doors have?
We hold an independent third-party product test report, not a market-access certificate: report No. GJXH202301986 from the National Furniture Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Henan), a state-accredited testing centre in China (CMA 2019003161Z · CNAS L1453).
We do not hold SASO, SNI or CE certificates and do not imply that we do. In Russia and Kazakhstan, ordinary interior doors are outside the mandatory scope of TR EAEU 043/2017, which covers fire doors; the normal practice is a refusal letter. Saudi Arabia and the Gulf require SASO with SABER registration. Requirements are confirmed per project and destination before you commit.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes — a sample board or a sample door before the bulk order, when needed.
Screen colours are indicative; the physical sample is the reference. Door model, finish, size, frame profile and hardware are confirmed before quotation or sampling.
How are the doors packed for export?
Export carton with edge and corner protection as standard.
Reinforced, racked or palletised packing is specified and priced per order. Packed dimensions follow the leaf size, so the loading volume is calculated from your actual door list and confirmed with the quotation.
